About Me
It's always interesting to know something about the people who 'live' in web sites, so here is a little about me and my family. I'm 57 years old and was born in Kansas, but have lived in Idaho since I was in the 5th grade. I worked for a family practice doctor for 17 years but lost my job due to complications from MS.
I met my husband in high school and we were married the year after I graduated. Ten months after we were married, while my husband was in Viet Nam, our first daughter was born. Now she's 37 and has 3 kids of her own. Our younger daughter is 34 and has two girls, ages 8 and 16 months. My husband has worked for our local telephone company for 30 years. That completes the Plocher family – except of course for Maggie, our Miniature Schnauzer.
